the truth is… tori’s session is the kind of session i hope for every time i pick up the camera. this is my second time to photograph her portraits. and each time she has come to me with no expectations and complete freedom. there’s something about tori that i love to go in search of. it’s tucked behind the flecks in her eyes. or her random outburst of giggles.
there’s this youth. this vulnerability. this feeling you get when you’re around her. that something great is about to happen. she has this whole world and life ahead of her. and the vibe she sends off makes you stand at attention waiting to see just what that is.
something unique happens when people are unabashedly themselves in front of a camera. and i, for one, am glad i am witness to it.

tori (and mandi) … it is always so good to see you. you carry a certain element of beautiful and life with you each time we meet and the world just melts away. thank you for sharing your morning with me. laughter. hugs. and selves. i cannot wait to see you all again.
